1. About the platform

ZLearning is an online corporate training platform offering interactive, self-paced digital courses and upcoming coaching certification tracks. The platform is operated under the ZLearning brand, with Zohaib Butt, Chief Director responsible for its direction and content standards.

Our courses are designed for corporate professionals, leaders, managers, trainers and teams. Every course is a structured, day-by-day journey that combines interactive lessons, copy-paste prompt vaults, hands-on missions on your real work, auto-saved workbooks, knowledge quests and a certificate of completion.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You need a free account to enroll in a course and to save your progress. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared between individuals.

Organizations that purchase seats for multiple employees may assign each seat to one named learner. Sharing one account across several people is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension of access without refund.

3. Purchases, pricing and access

Courses are offered as one-time purchases with lifetime access to that course, including future updates to its content and download kits. Prices are displayed in US dollars on each course page and may change over time; the price displayed at the moment of checkout is the price that applies to your order. Discount codes and coupons are valid only where they are legitimately issued by the platform and applied before payment.

Access begins immediately after successful payment confirmation. Your enrollment, progress data, workbooks and certificates remain available through your account for the lifetime of the platform.

4. Digital products, delivery and no-refund policy

All courses on ZLearning are digital products delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive complete access to the course materials described on its sales page. Because the product is delivered in full, immediately, and cannot be "returned", all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once access has been delivered.

The single exception is a material mismatch: if the course you receive does not match what is written in its sales-page details, for example, days, features, workbooks or downloads described on the page are missing from the delivered course, contact support within 14 days of purchase with specifics, and we will resolve it fairly, including a refund where the issue cannot be fixed. 5. License to use course materials

When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for your own professional learning. You may download and keep the workbooks, cheatsheets and prompt packs provided with your enrolled courses.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense or systematically share course content, prompt vaults, workbooks or videos. Teaching a team internally? Contact us, corporate team licensing is available and is the intended route for multi-learner use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to breach platform security, scrape or mirror content at scale, upload malicious code, or interfere with other learners' access. Certificates are issued for genuine completion only; falsifying or misrepresenting a ZLearning certificate is prohibited.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued by ZLearning when a course's requirements are met. A certificate confirms that the named learner completed the course requirements shown in their progress dashboard. Certification tracks (coaching certifications) are separate, cohort-based programs with live practicum and final assessments; their own program terms will be published with each cohort.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, update or retire features over time, and we will never remove access to a course you have purchased without providing equivalent access to its content. These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the platform.

9. Liability

Courses provide professional skills training, not legal, financial, medical or other licensed advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZLearning's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
